Three parts of 30 minutes of posing will break down details and basic standing poses that will allow you to show off the best part of your body, extend your knowledge on posing and stay confident in front of the crowd and judges.

• Explanation of what to expect on the stage, before you get on the stage, what the judges expect, and how to position yourself on the stage to give you the best chance to place high or win the show. 

• A posing routine that shows your best angles, and your front and back comparison phase, etc.
